Advice to Parishes
A Devon Local Communities Self Help Emergency Planning Partnership has been formed to provide "Self-help" emergency planning information to Parishes in Devon.
Information is in the form of a 'Model' plan, on which Parishes can base their own plans.

Parishes are surveyed annually, to identify Parishes that:
- have already produced a 'self help' plan
- require a copy of the model plan
